The location of the hotel is exceptional, being just a minute walk from the beautiful beach. The proximity to the town center also makes it convenient for shopping and dining. The apartment is well-equipped, spacious, and clean. It even provides beach towels, umbrellas, and chairs for the guests. The host is friendly and communicative, ensuring a comfortable stay for the guests.
The only downside is that being at floor level, the apartment doesn't receive much sunlight, which can make it a bit damp and difficult to dry clothes.

Our stay at Lima Waikiki Beach was amazing! The location couldn't have been better, just a 1-minute walk to the beach and close to all the shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, from beach towels to a coffee machine. The host, Felix, was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for restaurants and even arranging our transport to the airport. I highly recommend this place for a perfect beach getaway.

We stayed at the lovely Lima Waikiki Beach for a week-long vacation. Felix, our host, went above and beyond by picking us up from the bus stop, providing beach chairs and a beach survival kit, and giving us fantastic recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities including a dishwasher and washing machine. The location was perfect, just seconds from the beautiful sandy beach and a short distance from the town center. We'll definitely be returning in the future!
